To Alan yeah I could see how that could happen. I guess they have to Cover themselves to make sure all is well. How many mp3’s were on the site? Just curious cause I have a few on my sites.

These guys are the absolute worst possible choice for hosting of any size. Their service is horrible, their customer service is atrocious, they bill for services not contracted and it takes hours and multiple phone calls, faxes etc. to get any changes done to the billing or hosting.

They locked my account because I had some MP3’s on one of my domains. Locked all my domains, bounced all my emails and refused to open up any of my sites until I faxed them a letter authorizing the deletion of my files. They told me that the use of their server were for websites only and that mp3’s were not considered a standard web site file.

WTF?

We use Hudson Horizons for our dedicated windows server and when they say 100% uptime they mean 100% uptime… definitely recommended.

Host papa has very friendly support. Response time is very fast which is my #1 priority with web hosting. If my site goes down then I need help pronto!! I def recommend!

great service.
phone help people are quite knowledgable and easy to work with.
Not that i had problems, i just don’t have a lot of experience and therefore had a lot of questions.
help tickets get answered pretty fast as well.
Everything seems good and i would reccomend Hostpapa to friends.

They have telephone customer service that is the best in the web hosting industry. There is always someone there to answer every question imaginable while still being completely friendly and professional.
