Their service is horrible, their customer service is atrocious, they bill for services not contracted and it takes hours and multiple phone calls, faxes etc. to get any changes done to the billing or hosting. They locked my account because I had some MP3's on one of my domains. Locked all my domains, bounced all my emails and refused to open up any of my sites until I faxed them a letter authorizing the deletion of my files. They told me that the use of their server were for websites only and that mp3's were not considered a standard web site file. WTF?
